PROHIBITED USE:

• Payment must be completed before software delivery

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the EA software, including source code, algorithms, design, documentation, and trademarks, belong to Algosphere. No rights are transferred except the limited license to use the software as specified.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
Upon termination:
• Your right to use the software immediately ceases
• No refunds will be provided for violations
