At Algosphere, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our MT5 EA Software products.
OVERVIEW
Due to the digital nature of our EA software products and the instant delivery upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a limited refund period under specific conditions as outlined below.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all EA software purchases, subject to the following terms:
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
• The software has a technical defect that prevents proper operation
• The software is fundamentally incompatible with the MT5 platform as described
• The software was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase
• Duplicate purchase made by error
• Unauthorized purchase (with proof)
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
• Trading losses or unprofitable results (performance varies by market conditions)
• Change of mind after download or installation
• Lack of trading knowledge or experience
• Incorrect configuration or settings by the user
• Market conditions or broker-specific issues
• Requests made after the 30-day refund period
• Violation of license terms or unauthorized use
• Software purchased at a promotional discount (unless defective)
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Email support@algosphere.co.in with your order number
2. Provide Details: Explain the reason for your refund request
3. Documentation: Provide relevant screenshots, error messages, or proof of issue
4. Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
5. Decision: You will receive our decision via email
REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR REFUND REQUEST:
• Order number and purchase date
• Registered email address
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence of technical problems (if applicable)
• MT5 version and broker information
• Steps taken to resolve the issue with support
REFUND PROCESSING
If your refund request is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Payment will be returned to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email when refund is processed
• License will be deactivated upon refund approval
• All copies of the software must be deleted
PROCESSING FEES:
• Refunds may be subject to payment processing fees (typically 3-5%)
• Original shipping or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
• If you've used the software extensively but encountered issues later
• For pro-rated refunds based on usage period
• When offering product credit or alternative solutions
• Settlement of disputes or complaints
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
• Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us to resolve the issue
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
• Chargeback fees may be deducted from any approved refund
• We reserve the right to pursue fraudulent chargebacks legally
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
• Subscription renewals (unless defective)
• Custom development or modification services
• One-on-one training or consultation sessions
• Third-party services or products
• Digital downloads after 30 days
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "No Refunds"
EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES
TECHNICAL ISSUES:
If you experience technical difficulties, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through:
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Software updates or patches
• Alternative configuration recommendations
Refunds for technical issues are only granted if the problem cannot be resolved.
BROKER COMPATIBILITY:
We test our EA software with major MT5 brokers. However, some brokers may have specific restrictions. We will work with you to find a compatible solution before considering a refund.
MARKET CONDITIONS:
Refunds are not granted due to:
• Adverse market movements
• Changes in market volatility
• Economic events or news releases
• Broker spread or commission changes
SUBSCRIPTION AND RENEWAL REFUNDS
• Monthly subscriptions: Refundable within 7 days of purchase
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within 30 days
• Auto-renewals: Can be canceled before renewal date to avoid charges
• No refunds for partial months or unused time after 30 days
EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING MATERIALS
• Refundable within 14 days if content is defective or misrepresented
• Not refundable due to difficulty level or personal preference
• Access must be revoked for refund approval
BUNDLE PACKAGES
• Bundle purchases may have different refund terms
• Individual items in a bundle may not be refunded separately
• Bundle discounts are lost if partial refunds are granted
FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
• Multiple refund requests are made from the same user
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is detected
• Software has been shared or distributed illegally
• Terms and Conditions have been violated
• Refund abuse is suspected
